　　1、across/through：

　　across（從物體表面穿過 ，如 go across the bridge 過橋 ）；through（從物體內(nèi)部穿過 ，如 the moon shone in through the window 月光透過窗戶照進來 ） 。

　　2、besides/except：

　　besides（除…… 外還有 ，包含 ，如 Besides you, he also came. 除你之外，他也來了 ，你和他都來 ）；except（除…… 外沒有 ，不包含 ，如 We all went except him. 除他之外我們都去了 ，他沒去 ） 。

　　3、in the tree/on the tree：

　　in the tree（外來物在樹上 ，如鳥、人 ）；on the tree（樹本身的東西，如蘋果、樹葉 ） 。

　　例：There is a bird in the tree.（樹上有只鳥 ）；There are apples on the tree.（樹上有蘋果 ）。
